Currently we run 24/7.  We have three shifts during the week that are 8 hour shifts.  The weekend shift is two 12 hour days with one 8 hour shift during the week. The weekend shift is a very small crew that keeps presses with capacity issues running.

We are looking to get more capacity out of the weekend shift.  I would like to know if anyone is running a 24/7 operation with 12 hour shifts.  Or something similar to keep the full plant running, verses running a skeleton crew on the weekends.  Your help would be greatly appreciated!
